SCHOOL ADVANCEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT
“An education in the fullness of humanity should be the defining feature of Catholic Schools.” - Pope FrancisSt. Ignatius Catholic School is made possible because of the generosity of others. Gifts of time, talent and treasure built this amazing school and continue to assist every student that walks our halls. St. Ignatius Catholic School is committed to making a St. Ignatius education accessible to as many families as possible.
The actual cost to educate each St. Ignatius student is $7,700.00. The tuition paid for each student is substantially less than $7,700.00. That means that every student that attends St. Ignatius during the 2024-2025 school year is receiving financial assistance. Furthermore, we provide additional need based financial assistance to any family that qualifies.
Our ability to maintain affordable tuition for all, and financial assistance to those who need it, depends on the philanthropic generosity of many- through grants, individual gifts and donations, fundraising and subsidization from the Holy Apostles Parish. These gifts “bridge the gap” between the actual cost to educate a student at St. Ignatius and the amount of tuition paid for each student. In addition, these gifts allow us to maintain facilities, improve our library and technology resources and provide continuing professional development for our faculty. Fundraising and donations from our community are essential for us to succeed!
Our HSA works hard to host 3 major fundraising events each school year and we ask that our school families help plan and work at these events. Home & School Association »
In addition, our Gray Wolves Giving Annual Drive is our annual donation appeal in which we ask our entire community of parents, parishioners, neighbors, alumni and partners to prayerfully consider financially supporting the mission of St. Ignatius Catholic School. Gray Wolves Giving »
The St. Ignatius Foundation has been created to further support the mission, objectives and advancement of St. Ignatius Catholic School. The Foundation procures and invests financial gifts, grants and bequests that are used to help support the mission of St. Ignatius School. Foundation monies are used for student scholarships and tuition assistance, operational funding, and capital improvements. St. Ignatius Foundation »
Even if you are unable to donate to St. Ignatius at this time, there are many other ways that you can support our school. Those wanting to support St. Ignatius can help us by participating in kick-back and rewards programs- things like Fred Meyer’s Community Rewards, Amazon Smiles, Scips, UND Credit Union and our monthly community kick-back events. These programs offer an opportunity for the school to receive a rebate or portion of proceeds from purchases you already make. We Can All Help »
Every component of a St. Ignatius education is served by successful fundraising in our community. Every student benefits from our fundraising. Your generosity and support allow us to provide an enriching experience for each individual student through academics, spiritual growth, and social justice opportunities, while still making this unique educational opportunity accessible to all families.
